"Takarazuka Revue" is a stage art performed by only women which there are few existing in the world.
In over a 100-year-old history, it is known to have been introduced its review for the first time in Japan and up to now it has challenged creating a wide range of works and has always been giving great impression to you.
Tokyo Takarazuka Theater was launched as to be a basis of Takarazuka Opera in Tokyo in 1934. After then, reconstruction was carried out from 1998 and was renewal-opened along with the start of the 21st century in 2001.
A red carpet is laid in the entrance and glittering chandelier performs its elegant space. The total number of seats is 2,065 with staggered array of two-layer structure steps. It is designed to be seen the stage from every seat. Also, it provides the same stage system with Takarazuka Grand Theater (Takarazuka-shi, Hyogo) and supports dream performances of Takarazuak Opera.
Its gorgeous stages and glare of performers are all like a beautiful dream.
